Hormone healing is personal. It’s okay to want clarity before committing. Below are answers to common questions about how this work unfolds, who it’s for, and what to expect.

  • Yes! You do not need a gold-star cycle to be here. Many women come to this work without a regular period- or without one at all. We focus on restoring safety, nourishment, and rhythm first, because hormones tend to cooperate much better when your body doesn’t feel under attack.

  • Not at all! Some clients are preparing their body naturally for pregnancy, others just want their hormones (and energy, mood, and libido) to feel a little less chaotic. This work meets you in the season you’re in- not the one you think you should be in.

  • That’s kind of the point. Many women who find this work have done the reading, followed the advice, and still felt stuck. Rewild Her isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing differently- with context, compassion, and actual support.

  • No. Mira is an option, not a requirement. If we do use it, you won’t be left alone interpreting charts or spiraling over numbers. Data is always used gently, in context, and alongside how you actually feel- never to control or pressure your body.

  • No. Mira is used as a supportive tool, not a requirement for perfection. We work at your pace, using only the level of data that feels helpful- not overwhelming.

  • Absolutely not. No detoxes, no food rules, no “cut this out forever” energy. Nourishment in this program is non-restrictive, body-neutral, and designed to support hormone balance naturally- without turning eating into another source of stress.

  • This work complements medical care- it doesn’t replace it. I focus on education, cycle literacy, nervous system regulation, and holistic ways to balance hormones, and I’m happy to collaborate with your healthcare providers when helpful.

  • All of my coaching is fully virtual. You can work with me from anywhere! No commute, just the support you need in your own space. We meet via secure video calls and digital resources, so everything fits into your life and schedule.

  • Coaching packages are tailored to your goals and the level of support you need. I offer both full-package and flexible payment plans so you can invest in yourself in a way that works for your life and your budget.
