Sam Morey is a Certified Holistic Hormone Coach specializing in cycle regulation, hormone balance, and helping women make sense of symptoms stemming from hormonal conditions they've been told to just live with such as: PMOS, endometriosis, PMDD, irregular or missing cycles, fibroids, post-birth control symptoms, fertility struggles, and perimenopause, among others. She holds a Holistic Health Coaching certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), a Birth Doula certification through Mama Glow, and is a certified Women’s Hormone Health Coach (Institute of Menstrual Health). She continues to deepen her clinical grounding in reproductive health through ongoing mentorship with Norwich Fertility.

Sam's approach is rooted in her own experience recovering from hypothalamic amenorrhea, giving her both the professional foundation and the lived understanding to guide women through some of their most vulnerable health decisions. She knows what it's like to be told everything looks "normal" while your body tells a completely different story, and she built Rewild Her so no woman has to keep figuring that out alone.

And that's exactly what's possible for you, too! To move through your hormone journey not as something happening to you, but as a woman deeply connected to her body: informed, supported, and genuinely hopeful. That's what Rewild Her was built for.

Her work is less about protocols and more about people, creating the kind of grounded, unhurried space where women finally feel heard, supported, and at home in their own bodies. (She will, however, get a little too enthusiastic about a good glucose graph or Mira chart. Some things don't change.)

Care That RespectsYour Body’s Intelligence

These principles are brought to life through the Rewild Her Method™

  • Balancing blood sugar

  • Tracking your cycle

  • Nourishing from within

  • Supporting your stress response

01

We listen to your body - not override it.

Your symptoms, cycle patterns, and energy shifts are signals, not problems to silence. We use them to understand what your body needs.

02

We restore rhythm, not chase perfection

Healing isn’t linear. We focus on helping your cycle become more consistent, supported, and sustainable over time.

03

We prioritize nervous system support

A stressed body affects ovulation and thyroid function. Creating safety in your system is a foundational part of hormone health.

04

We nourish in a way that’s sustainable.

Food isn’t about restriction or control. It’s about supporting your hormones, energy, and cycle in a way you can actually maintain.

05

We build trust in your body again

Instead of second-guessing everything, you’ll learn how to understand your cycle and feel confident in how to support yourself.

06

We combine science with real-life application

Cycle tracking, hormone patterns, and personalized strategies, applied in a way that fits your actual life, not a perfect routine.

This journey is personal …

The Rewild Her Method

At Rewild Her, we don’t focus on “fixing” bodies. We focus on restoring trust, rhythm, and vitality.

My approach is grounded in cycle awareness, hormone science, nervous system regulation, and real-world application - not extremes, restriction, or one-size-fits-all protocols.

Conventional Approach

Often focuses on symptom management, standardized protocols, and hormonal “regulation” through suppression or control-based strategies.

Rewild Her Approach

A cycle-aware, body-informed approach that prioritizes understanding your hormonal patterns, supporting regulation, and building sustainable foundations for long-term hormonal health.
