Hi, I’m Sam.

For most of my twenties, I was the person who "had it together"…until my body very loudly disagreed.

Years of chronic stress, under-eating masked as "clean eating," and hormonal birth control I'd been on since I was a teenager left me with a cycle that had completely disappeared, energy that felt like running on fumes, and a relationship with my body that was... let's just say it wasn't great.

I spent so long being told my labs looked fine that I started to wonder if I was imagining the whole thing. (Spoiler: I wasn't.)

It took years of learning to actually listen to my body - not control it, not optimize it, not punish it into compliance - before things started to shift. My cycle came back. My energy returned. And for the first time in a long time, I felt like I was living in my body instead of at war with it.

That's why I do this work now.

I became a hormone health coach because I kept meeting women who were exactly where I'd been: dismissed by doctors, drowning in conflicting advice, exhausted by protocols that treated their bodies like problems to solve. Women who deserved someone who actually got it - and who could help them find their way back without the shame, the rigidity, or the "just try harder" nonsense.
